Cost Inclusion

Helicopter Flight: Round-trip helicopter ride from Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) .
Ground Time: Approximately 30 minutes at ABC for sightseeing and photos .
Permits & Taxes: Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) permit, government taxes, and airport taxes .
Transfers: Hotel pickup and drop-off service, usually from the Lakeside area of Pokhara .
Insurance: In some cases, passenger insurance is included .

Cost Exclusion

Personal Expenses: Costs for snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and tips for the pilot or crew .
Meals & Drinks: Breakfast or tea/coffee at the base camp are typically not included and can be a significant extra cost (e.g., breakfast is sometimes offered as an optional extra for ~$25 per person) .
